Experienced and Ideal Education at School: Metaphoric Perceptions of Primary School Teachers

چکیده

Bu ara?t?rmada, ilkokullarda çal??an s?n?f ö?retmenlerinin “tecrübe ettikleri” ve “idealde” okulda e?itim olgusuna yönelik görü?lerinin ortaya ç?kar?lmas? amaçlanm??t?r. Ara?t?rma Osmaniye Merkez ilçesindeki 10 ilkokulda görev yapan 174 ö?retmeniyle gerçekle?tirilmi?tir. Ö?retmenlerin tecrübe edilen idealde e?itime görü?lerini zihinsel alg?lar olan metaforlar yoluyla ç?karmak amac?yla veriler, iki aç?k uçlu ifadeyi (“Bana göre etti?im e?itim… gibidir/-e benzer. Çünkü…” “Bana gibi olmal?d?r/-e Çünkü…”) içeren bir form arac?l??? ile toplanm??t?r. sonucunda ö?retmenlerin ettikleri e?itimi sekiz ana kategori 24 (metafor) alt kategoride, ideallerindeki de yine 35 kategoride kavramsalla?t?rd?klar? belirlenmi?tir. Elde bu kategoriler (metaforlar) ili?kin koymaktad?r. S?n?f görü?leri s?n?rl? ara?t?rma bulgular?, di?er kademe bran?larda ayr?ca okulla ilgili payda?lar?n görü?leriyle desteklenebilir.
